Here is a tutorial for a simple nail art design I had on my nails recently. Nail tape is so cheap and easy to use, its something everyone should invest in. I used china glaze rich and famous and nail tape in silver. Another handy hint is to use professional grade top coats for all your nail art creations. It adds super shine, dries polish instantly and makes it last longer. You’ll wonder why you hadn’t bought it earlier.

As you can see Stylinspire has a new look and a new platform. So why did I switch from blogger to tumblr? It wasn’t an easy decision to make. But I knew it was time to switch when Blogger started paginating my blog posts allowing for only post to be on the home page, this was beyond annoying. I did experiment with Wordpress, as it is meant to be the holy grail of blog platforms but I found it too difficult to design on my ow,n and hiring a designer is not a priority right now. So I thought why not tumblr? It’s proving to be a great platform so far and I don’t have to worry about being paginated again. As the site is under construction, there may be a few bugs here are there. But hopefully it will all be straightened out with time. In the meantime you can expect me to be more regular with my posts.

This year has been our first Valentines day together after 3 years of dating. Its not the easiest being on opposite sides of the world but we made it work. The bf took me on a shopping trip earlier this week and bought me a few things like the top I’m wearing in the pictures and this gorgeous Thomas Sabo bracelet and charm. I have been coveting one of these for the longest time, so it was just perfect. I didn’t get him anything quite as extravagant (waiting for his birthday for that -28th), but I ordered some red roses, homemade cupcakes and a pizza. Yes a pizza haha, I’m so romantic aren’t I? I called pizza hut to ask if they’d make a special valentines day pizza for me to which the lady with a strong asian accent said no. But my luck improved with dominoes, who made the perfect pizza with a heart in black olives (D’s fave). He had no idea and almost refused the delivery! I would have taken a picture but it was half eaten by the time I got home. We had a nice day enjoying each others company. I hope you have an awesome V day too!
